Box Office Hours:

The Main Festival Box office at Fort Fringe 607 New York Ave, NW is open:

Pre-Festival: June 20 3pm-10pm; June 30 6-10pm; July 1 6pm-10pm; July 6 2pm-6pm.

During the Festival: Tuesday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm and  Friday - Sunday 10am - 11pm.

Advance sales

Tickets, Multi-Show passes and Fringe Admission Buttons may be bought in advance through the Fringe website via OvationTix, by calling the Ovation ticket line at (866) 811-4111, or by visiting our main Festival Box Office during business hours, located at Fort Fringe. A $3.75 service for single tickets is charged when purchased online & over the phone. A Multi-show Pass purchase is subject to a $5.50 service fee when purchased online & over the phone. There is no service fee on single tickets or Multi-Show Passes when purchased in person at the main Festival box office.

 

Payment methods

Capital Fringe accepts cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) at the Main Festival Box Office. Festival Venues will accept Cash ONLY 45min prior to each show. Cash sales at Festival Venues only. Make checks out to “Capital Fringe.”

 

Will call

Single tickets purchased in advance will be available for pickup at the venue box office 45 minutes before show time on the day of the show. Once tickets are purchased, they are guaranteed and will NOT be resold.
  
Fringe Admission Buttons purchased with a single ticket or Multi-Show Pass can be picked up with the ticket(s) at the venue box office 45 minutes before your first show or at the Main Festival Box office up to two hours before show time.

At any Venue Box office you can only pick up tickets for the show you are going to see. Multi-show orders can only be picked up at the main Festival Box Office, and need to be picked up at least 2 hours before any show you've purchased tickets for.

 

Refunds

Capital Fringe does not offer ticket refunds.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available to 6-pack and 110 Proof multi-pass holders 48 hours in advance, as well as to All Access Pass holders up to 2 hours before a show. NO exchanges are permitted on single ticket purchases or Foht-y pass holders. *if you picked up your tickets from the box office you can't exchange them unless you physically bring them back to the box office 48 hours before the show.

Late seating

There is NO LATE SEATING at the Capital Fringe Festival.
